Taking that message to consumers is the job of our franchisees. Each franchisee runs their own independent interior design business trading under the Dulux Design Service banner. They work as hard as we do to win new customers, grow their businesses, and build the brand. In effect, we pool our resources: franchisees bring energy, drive, and enthusiasm; we bring a proven business model, masses of business and marketing experience, and the honesty and integrity of a high-profile brand.

The Dulux Design Service has been running as a pilot scheme in the East Midlands and the North since early 2007. Our experience has been fantastic. Customers like the way we do business. More to the point, they love the design schemes our franchisees create for them.
